Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation
Assessment and treatment of general orthopedic issues, with either a known or undefined onset, acute or chronic in nature, and pre and postoperative care. Special areas of interest include shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle rehabilitation. Short and long term goals are developed together, with treatment and graduated exercise prescription tailored toward
achieving those goals.

Assessment and treatment of the Pelvic Floor, addressing issues related to weakness, hypertonicity, and pelvic pain; including urinary frequency, urge, leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, sacroiliac pain and instability. In addition to assessment and treatment of pre/peri/postpartum pelvic floor related issues, and education and guidance for preparation for childbirth and recovery post-delivery.

Assessment and treatment of issues related to pregnancy and menopause. Including sacroiliac joint instability, symphysis pubis dysfunction, abdominal wall, diastasis recti abdominis, and global hip and core stability. A goal-driven treatment plan is created, with an emphasis on manual therapy and a specialized exercise progression, promoting the return to activity and fitness.
Explanation of Fees/Payment of Services
KOR PT contracts with a handful of major insurances, and is otherwise a fee-for-service practice. In cases where KOR PT is Out of Network with your insurance company, you will be billed at time of service to the credit card on file, for the amount listed below.
In Person Visits-
- Initial Evaluation (60 min. assessment and initiation of treatment): $215
- Return visit (45-55 min. continuation of treatment plan, toward goals): $175
Virtual telehealth visits -
- consultation/continuation of treatment visits - $175
You will also be provided with a detailed receipt (also known as a Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company, for any out-of-network benefits for reimbursement that may be available to you. Many clients will be able to receive 50-80% reimbursement from their insurance carriers, and/or be able to apply KOR PT services to meeting their deductible. We can provide you with information that will guide you in how to contact your insurance company to see if and how you may be reimbursed by your plan. Health Savings and Flex Spending cards (HSA/FSA) are also gladly accepted.
If your insurance is listed below as one that KOR PT is contracted with as In Network, we will bill your insurance directly for you. You will be responsible for Co-pays and any Co-insurance required by your plan. These amounts will be billed to the credit card on file at time of service.
